This top tier law firm has a chambers ranked banking practice in Brisbane which is part of one of Australia's best and most award winning banking and finance practices.
About the role:
Due to growth, this busy two Partner practice is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the team working across:
- advising borrowers and sponsors on the finance side of large infrastructure, PPP, renewables, energy/resources and mining projects;
- working closely with the corporate team on the finance aspects of large corporate deals; and
- high level compliance advice.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 3-8 years' post admission banking and finance experience;
- top tier, large national law firm or in-house financial services experience;
- excellent attention to detail.
