Joining this team, you will work on some of the largest matters is Australia and Asia Pacific, and get exposure to highly sophisticated work.
You will be involved in:
- M&A transactions;
- IPOs;
- Private equity (including LBOs, MBOs, delisting);
- JVs.
You will be a:
- M&A lawyer with 3-6 PQE, within a reputable Corporate practice;
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, coupled with a commercially-focused approach.
