The Role:

 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Paralegal to handle COSEC and contract management in a busy legal team. The position is office based and will appeal to someone who enjoys a challenge and has the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Reporting to our General Counsel, this pivotal role strives to deliver high quality professional COSEC and contract services across multiple areas of the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Company secretarial (COSEC) matters, which include liaising with the relevant external company secretary, issuance, circulation and filing of relevant corporate documents.
  • Contract management.
  • Liaising directly internally with stakeholders, as well as externally with clients.
  • Supporting the business where required.

 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • No Law Degree required. Paralegal experience necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Sound oral and written communication skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Positive, pro-active with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
