The Role
As a Precedents Specialist of a National Law Firm, you will be reporting to the Legal Automation Manager and the role involves automating, maintaining and administering precedents, examples and other documents to enable the efficient delivery of legal services by their legal teams. You will work closely with the firm’s practice support lawyers, legal automation specialists, project management and information technology teams. Duties include automating new and existing precedents, checking and testing automated precedents, software roll outs and upgrades, assist with the creation and maintenance of workflow solutions, maintain and create templates in Microsoft Word and deliver precedent and Microsoft Office support and training to the firm.
You
You will need to have at least 3 years precedent development experience within a law firm environment. Experience in Microsoft Office suite is essential. I-Deal Docs or HotDocs is also preferred.
