Our State Govt Client based in Parramatta is requiring a Property Officer with Conveyancing experience within the property branch of NSW Trustee & Guardian within the Parramatta Justice Precinct Offices.
The role will require to carry out various functions for a 3 month period with a view of extension.
The position is focused around Property Sales and requires experience of the property industry together with Conveyancing, Contracts of Sale and Estate matters (dealing with Wills) is also needed and being an effective mediator and negotiator.

• Property sales experience and a knowledge of the conveyancing process
The duties performed by the position are:
• Property sales via online management system
• Liaising with real estate agents and panel solicitors
• Obtaining quotes and arranging clearance of contents
• Managing repairs for client properties prior to sale
• Administrative duties as required
The position is for a 3 month duration - 35 hour week (Mon-Fri) 8.30am to 4pm -
The position is for an immediate start approx 1 week onboarding process
Police check will be conducted as a requirement
