Client Details
Our client, a prestigious top tier firm in Melbourne with a market leading banking & finance team, is seeking a senior banking and finance lawyer with a specialisation in debt capital markets and structured finance.
Description
You will form part of a strong and cohesive team where you will advise major banks, investors and financial institutions on derivatives, hybrid capital instruments and debt, convertible and structured capital market transactions as well as advising on the acquisition and securitisation of receivables.
Profile
You have at least 2 years PQE as a banking and finance lawyer with a specialisation in structured finance from a top tier or mid tier law firm or alternatively, in house. With an outstanding academic background, you enjoy working on intricate and complex transactions, managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
