Join this collaborative and friendly law firm who are seeking assistance on a contract basis, providing general administrative support to the business services function and client services area.
 
About the role 

This role would suit a bright, motivated, friendly and reliable individual to join the team. Your role will be varied and your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Providing overflow assistance on Reception, meeting and greeting clients, contractors and other visitors
  • Answering, screening and directing phone calls
  • Managing the client boardrooms including catering requirements
  • Managing of incoming and outgoing mail, including franking of post
  • Booking couriers and stationery orders
  • Receiving or dropping off deliveries to clients
  • General administrative tasks such as typing letters, filing, archiving, scanning
