Join this collaborative and friendly law firm who are seeking assistance on a contract basis, providing general administrative support to the business services function and client services area.About the role
This role would suit a bright, motivated, friendly and reliable individual to join the team. Your role will be varied and your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Providing overflow assistance on Reception, meeting and greeting clients, contractors and other visitors
- Answering, screening and directing phone calls
- Managing the client boardrooms including catering requirements
- Managing of incoming and outgoing mail, including franking of post
- Booking couriers and stationery orders
- Receiving or dropping off deliveries to clients
- General administrative tasks such as typing letters, filing, archiving, scanning
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
