We are a well-established law firm based in Sunbury, with several offices located across Victoria and we are currently looking to expand our metro operation with a Senior Solicitor to manage the office.  We pride ourselves on our professional manner and no nonsense approach in providing our loyal local clients with quality legal advice and representation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing office, make your mark and put yourself on the pathway to partnership. In this role we are seeking an experienced solicitor skilled in all areas of deceased Estates & Probate.

In this position, you'll receive instructions on a comprehensive range of matters and will be dealing with a broad client base but your day to day focus will be wills and probate.  Known for our experience in wills dispute and probate law, we have a busy practice and support on hand from the city and other suburban offices.

With up to date technology systems and support framework you will be given all you need to be successful in this role.

You will be responsible for the autonomous carriage of all aspects of files, and day-to-day advice to clients.  Your years of experience in advising clients will stand you in good stead and enable you to 'hit the ground running'.

Excellent communication, time management skills and your experience in wills, deceased estates and probate management are essential for this position.
