Owing to growth they now seek to appoint an Insurance Litigation or  Defendant P.I. Litigation Lawyer to work very closely with their transport team in defending negligence claims, primarily on behalf of national clients in the aviation/transport industry. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Defendant Insurance/Personal Injury Litigation and/or WorkCover experience;
• Ideally 1-3 years post admission experience in the above areas of practice;
• Experience working in another mid or top-tier firm OR specialist defendant insurance litigation/personal injuries firm;
• Solid academics (please submit with application);
• Ability to think on your feet and managing competing priorities;
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
