What we are seeking in a suitable candidate:

• At least 6+ years current experience running your own matters in Conveyancing within a law firm;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• Organised and a team player;
• Experience with LEAP preferred;
• Proficiency in PEXA - highly regarded;
• Humble confidence.

Typical duties required:

• Running your own files from end to end, predominantly across Residential and Off-The-Plan matters;
• Preparing and drafting all contracts and required documentation;
• Liaising with clients, brokers and the like;
• PEXA settlements.

About the Role:
This role is to cover Maternity Leave however their is potential for a permanent role.
