Legal Counsel to join the corporate advisory, capital markets and principal transactions business of this global business. You will work closely with the business structuring big ticket deals and transactions across infrastructure, real estate and wind farms. This role can offer a broad and varied career development path locally, internationally, commercially with the business or people leadership and mentoring.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to all facets of capital markets business including:
- mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and disposals
- corporate advisory
- public private partnerships and project finance
- equity capital markets
- debt capital markets and debt structuring
- co-ordinating and managing the provision of any external legal advice to
The successful applicant will:
- 3 - 8 years experience experience in corporate law – primarily mergers & acquisitions – gained through working in a law firm or in-house
- be inquisitive and want to gain expertise in new areas
- possess a strong sense of commercial acumen
- have a strong academic record
- enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
