The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded corporate law firm that prides itself on delivering excellence to its high-end clients while fostering a supportive and team-focused culture.
The Role
You will be supporting a great team of fee earners day-to-day with secretarial and administration tasks including:
- Diary management
- Drafting and amending correspondence
- Formatting and merging documents
- Monthly billing
- Proactively maintaining the database
- Other general administration (photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.)
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven legal secretary experience (2 years’ minimum)
- Exceptional time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team-focused and proactive attitude
