Emprise Legal is an exciting, young, vibrant and innovative boutique law firm based in the emerging western Sydney city of Liverpool. With well established roots in the Liverpool community and surrounding areas, the practice offers a variety of services including Litigation, Corporate, Conveyancing, Property, Family, Wills & Estates.
The successful candidate will be well presented, mature minded and have an energetic and positive attitude towards starting a career in the law. Good communication skills is a must.
The Role:
- Collecting, Opening and Stamping the mail;
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages;
- Greeting clients at reception;
- Opening files and basic legal secretarial work;
- Photocopying, scanning, facsimile and data entry;
- Invoicing and banking;
- Booking couriers;
- General office duties;
- Hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
The Traineeship
The successful candidate will commence a traineeship through Emprise which will result in your achieving a Certificate III in Business Administration.
Emprise will provide you with the tools to succeed including specialist training in legal industry software.
