The Role
Responsibilities include:
- A wide variety of property transactions for a range of clients including corporations, developers, investors, landlords and tenants.
- Providing advice on all stages of complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, off the plan sales, subdivisions and leasing (both retail and commercial).
- Working with our large and highly skilled conveyancing team.
You
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is a given, as is a high level of technical skills - but one of the most important aspects of this role is that you are proactive and engaging, a team player and someone who will enjoy working with a high performing team.
Above all, you must have high standards of yourself to deliver the very best commercial and legal outcomes for clients.
