KBE Human Capital has been exclusively briefed to secure an experienced Lawyer to join an innovative boutique firm with a “family and team focussed” culture second to none. The firm is looking to add an Associate with a strong background in Deceased Estates Wills and Estate Planning to their high calibre team of Lawyers.
The successful candidate will utilise their strong technical knowledge and drafting skills to assist clients in a variety of matters, including:
- Wills and probate
- Administration of intestate estates
- Estate planning
- Deceased estate claims
- Power of Attorney & Power of Guardianship
- Inheritance issues
The opportunity will suit someone with the ability to be client facing in assisting to grow/manage the client base. You will be joining a team of professionals who are relaxed, fun to work with and are renowned for their first class service to clients.
This position would suit a lawyer with 2-4+ years’ PAE with experience in Deceased Estates, Wills and Estate Planning matters and Settlements.
