A fast-growing diversified property development group with a focus on commercial and industrial developments. This group is laying down the strong foundations for future growth within the local market. Due to company growth and strategy, this company is now seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team. This is an exciting new role and will be based in brand new offices as a part of new business centre in Croydon South.
About the role
The role will primarily be providing property support to the project development team. You will be involved with transactional work on major projects and assisting with the closing of complex financial transactions. Commercially savvy, you will also enjoy providing general legal advice to the wider business. It is likely that you have trained at a major law firm and will have experience in dealing with complex real estate transactions and ideally working on large, cutting edge projects.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid (min. 3 years PAE) in Property/Projects/Construction law team of a small to mid-tier firm
- Highly developed, effective communication skills for client liaison
- Be a 'self-starter' with an approachable manner
- Experienced in business development & networking activities;
- Be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
