Our client is a prestigious law firm in the inner suburbs.  They require a Legal Secretary with commercial, litigation or corporate law experience to support one of the Principals and 2 others.

It is a very positive environment and will prove to be an amazing role for the right person. The practice group are a TEAM! They work together to ensure they deliver the best results for their clients. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Diary management
• Typing and amending documents
• Creating Presentations for events
• Drafting basic correspondence
• Billing 
• Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff by telephone and email
• Other ad hoc duties as required 

This firm are an amazing firm to work for, everyone in a team and works together to ensure they deliver excellent service. You will work within a team of 15 people and support a Principal and 2 others. 2 of the Operators are very self-sufficient. You will play a huge part in their success! 

Located in the inner eastern suburbs, this role would suit someone who wants to work close to home.
