The Firm

The firm is a nation well renown mid-sized firm. They are dedicated to achieving success and maintaining strong client relationships that practice a variety of areas of law.

The Role

This is a full time temporary position with a chance to go permanent based on performance. You will be supporting a Senior Partner in the Banking and Finance Team.

Your duties will include:

Diary and email management
Preparing and amending of legal document
Billing
File management
Liaising with clients
Typing dictations

About You

To be considered you must have:

A minimum of 3 years' legal secretarial experience (preferably in Banking and Finance)
Strong communication skills
Professional presentation
Strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
