The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer PQE 3-5 with:

• A passionate interest in commercial litigation
• Experience in a mid-tier, top-tier or specialist litigation firm
• Solid understanding of the UCPR
• Experience in complex litigation matters
• Exposure to electronic databases and e-discovery
• Strong client skills
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills

Any exposure to disputes in company law, insolvency, taxation, building/construction is advantageous.
