The Firm
My client is an award winning law firm with a stellar reputation in the market, especially in the banking & finance space. Due to growth and the activity within the team, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer with at least 5 years post admission experience. The client base extends to the big 4 banks, overseas lenders, major corporates, equity houses and government agencies.
The Role
Working closely with an experienced and well respected partners, a flavour of the work will be:
- Asset based financing deals;
- Corporate finance transactions;
- Structured and finance transactions; and
- Property finance deals
The work will be challenging and bespoke.
The Person
In order to be suitable, you will have at least 5 years post admission experience in the area of banking & finance. You will have gained your experience from a well-regarded law firm (international, top tier or national). It goes without saying that you will have first rate technical skills, however, commercial nous is equally important.
