The company
Our client is a reputable Melbourne firm who are based in the heart of the CBD. They advise local, national and international clients on their private, corporate and commercial legal issues. The position
The firm currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate/ Senior Associate lawyer who has a passion for Banking and Finance law to join their team. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of high profile banking and finance matters within a property context.
This will include performing a range of services around:
- Financial arrangements and contracts
- Dealing with investors, developers and lenders
- Advising on stamp duty
- Property due diligence
- Commercial transactions
- General property finance related services
You
To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified in law, with 5 yrs PAE and have proven experience in the banking and finance arena. You will have been exposed to property law issues across corporate, commercial or project finance transactions. You will have excellent attention to detail and finally you will have the drive to hit the ground running.
