Our client is an Employer of Choice and widely recognised in the profession as having a deep level of technical knowledge. They are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer with exceptional technical and drafting ability to manage and drive the knowledge management processes for the organisation. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You can expect your responsibilities to include:

• Drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting knowledge resources and precedents across the organisation;
• Monitoring changes to legislation and providing updates to stakeholders;
• Developing and reviewing processes for precedent collection and retention;
• Liaising with stakeholders from various practice groups to identify gaps and duplications in the organisation's knowledge and precedent bank;
• Deliver knowledge management and effective precedent utilisation training to stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will take a flexible, adaptable and pragmatic approach to managing a busy work flow. You will also be passionate about the value of a strong knowledge and precedent bank, and spread this enthusiasm through to the vast number of stakeholders. You will also have strong plain English drafting skills, and of course excellent attention to detail is essential.

You will have a minimum of 5 years post admission experience gained within private practice, as well as experience in either Property and Leasing, and/or Family Law, and/or Wills and Estates, and/or Litigation and Personal Injuries.

A high level of computer literacy and a demonstrated ability to drafting as well as formatting documents is essential.
