Our Lilydale based firm has a need for legal secretary to support our commercial and property team. This talented individual will be looking for a varied and fulfilling role in a supportive, positive workplace.

As a small but rapidly growing general practice firm our firm's mission is to solve client's legal problems as expeditiously as possible for our clients.
Role will include broad legal secretarial support to the lawyers on our commercial and property team, including but not limited to:
- Handling telephone enquiries from new and existing clients;
- Drafting routine correspondence;
- Contract and lease preparation
- Sending and receiving correspondence on behalf of lawyers;
- Brief preparation and assembly;
- Discovery review and collation;
- Filing and other necessary administrative support.
Depending on relevant experience you may also be tasked with running conveyancing files from start to finish under supervision of our property lawyer.
The successful applicant must be adept at working in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task across numerous files.
