Our business ReWork - a division of Adroit insurance & Risk is a Workers Compensation Injury / Claims Management Consultancy. Although our focus is on the holistic management of our client workers compensation portfolio, we do pay heavy attention to early intervention and early return to work for injured workers.
Our team is based in Hawthorn but this role will predominately be based in the Geelong (Lara) area where an onsite client presence is required.

The Applicant:
With the growth of our business we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in joining our expert team or even perhaps taking the next step in their career into the world of consultancy. Travel will be necessary depending on your allocated portfolio so a current Victorian drivers licence and vehicle is essential.
You will be a qualified RTW Coordinator (or be willing to obtain this qualification) and ideally with an Agent or employer background
You will have a good understanding of the WIRC Act, and preferably exposure to other state based legislation. Experience working in a high volume environment with exposure to multiple state jurisdictions is also preferred.
You will be confident, personable, driven, independent and autonomous with a customer service focus that can quickly adapt to different situations.
You will also be able to account manage, and create and foster client relationships.
You will have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to develop and present customised reporting.
Initially work under the guidance and direction of a Senior Account Manager, you will be able to take direction well, yet also work autonomously as required
The Role:
Your Key duties will involve;
- Driving outcomes in rehabilitation and return to work strategies
- Co-Ordination of Early and Effective Return to Work
- Liaising and consulting with injured workers, treating medical providers and the Insurer
- Undertaking strategic reviews and driving the Agent in the management of claims
- Understanding the importance of claims costs and their impact on premiums
- Capacity to work with a range of personalities and a range of industries
- Developing and presenting customised injury, claims and premium reporting
- Assisting senior consultants as required
