Our client, a highly-respected and growing Multi-National Brokerage experiencing considerable growth and success, is seeking 2 experienced general insurance professionals to join their dynamic team.

 

The first opportunity is a Claims Broker role. In this varied and interesting role you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Claims Broker with the management a portfolio of commercial and domestic claims, delivering first class service to clients to ensure claims are settled accurately and efficiently, creating and maintaining claim files, negotiating settlements with insurers, preparing monthly reports and attending to client and insurer inquiries.

 

This role will suit a self-motivated professional who has between 1–3 years experience ideally in commercial claims. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong administration skills, initiative, team attitude, a proven ability to be organised with a high level of attention to detail.

 

The second opportunity is for an Account Manager. This challenge will appeal to an experienced and ambitious Senior Account Executive who is self-motivated and keen to progress with a proven track record of providing quality client service. You will enjoy managing a diverse portfolio of large corporate and commercial clients, completing reports and slips, placing risks with insurers, attending client meetings and being involved in developing new business.

 

To be successful in securing this role, you will have a positive & hard working approach, technically strong across all lines of insurance, an eye for detail and a team player attitude. A minimum of 10 years experience in broking, with at least 3 years servicing corporate or large commercial clients, high level of initiative and well-developed communication skills is required. Insurance &/or degree qualifications will be highly regarded.
