My client is a Bank Accounts, Super, Home Loans and Insurance Specialist and they are seeking extra support within their Customer Advice team. This role will assist the Customer Advocacy team in Melbourne & Sydney.
Key Duties:
- Provide assistance to the Customer advice team in liaising with customers over the telephone to provide updates
- Take customer calls and pass to consultant
- Manage the e-mail inbox and send the advice team new cases to manage
- Send out acknowledgement letters to customers - populating templates
- Manage the Dropbox and the Complaints Management system - controlling the workflow to the advice team by distributing work accordingly
- Assist the PA in ad hoc duties
The Person:
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills
