Quantumcorp is Australia's largest and most highly respected general insurance investigation firm.
We are searching for experienced general insurance investigators in all states and territories. We will consider all forms of engagement including full time employment, casual employment or working as an independent contractor.
We are engaged by some of Australia's largest insurers to conduct inquiries into all manner of general insurance claims, including:
- motor vehicle accidents
- stolen vehicle claims
- fire claims
- burglary claims
- travel claims
- and more
Quantumcorp's clients have developed advanced fraud detection systems, meaning a high percentage of claims referred to Quantumcorp are suspected of being fraudulent.
Our team of investigators conduct detailed, relevant investigation inquiries so as to enable our clients to make accurate, sustainable claims decisions.
This work involves:
- Reviewing and analysing case documentation
- Arranging and conducting field interviews with insured parties, witnesses and other relevant parties (recording these interviews by way of a digital recording device).
- Inspecting, examining, photographing and videotaping incident/accident scenes
- Carefully analysing relevant documentation including bank records, mobile phone statements to verify the credibility of insured and witness accounts
- Writing detailed reports which meet the requirements of clients.
- Adhering to stringent timeframes
Our work is vital to the overall outcome of these claims and must be carried out in a highly professional and diligent manner with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
- A current Investigator Licence
- Prior experience conducting investigations into general insurance claims on behalf of Australian insurance companies
