JLT have a real commitment to looking after our people and have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our Professional Risks and Direct team in Sydney Olympic Park.

We require someone for a 12 month maternity leave contract who is motivated to understand client needs, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative with a “can do” attitude, able to provide professional broking services to a portfolio of domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a high level of service to new and existing clients
  • Actively and methodically manage the renewal process
  • Assisting in the delivery of first-rate service to clients whilst managing client interaction professionally and sensitively, observing strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Developing and maintaining important relationships with insurers
  • Timely and accurate response to general correspondence with clients and other stakeholders
  • Timely and accurate reporting to the Account Manager and take accountability for the retention and growth of their portfolio

     

To be successful you will:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in broking
  • Hold Tier 1 compliance (Insurance Broking)
  • A Client First attitude
  • Willingness to positively contribute to the team and business
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to create and maintain successful business relationships
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Excel
