What is the role?
As Assistant Account Executive you will provide important and high level support to our broking team with both client administration and client contact. This will involve pivotal tasks including:
- Administration support on new business and renewal policies.
- Daily correspondence via phone and email with clients, brokers, underwriters and other key stakeholders with some face to face contact with major clients
- Managing and maintaining the debtor process and internal audit process
- Ensuring internal databases and relevant systems are kept up to date and accurate
What are we looking for?
- Ideally insurance broking experience OR some insurance experience in sales, customer service, claims, underwriting and seeking a move to broking
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualifications preferred or willingness to complete as fully supported by the business
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to priortise
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service
