Your new role
You will be reporting to a Senior Account Manager and be responsible for maintaining and developing your own book of clients:
- Proactively develop new business and manage a Commercial/SME portfolio
- Efficiently manage the renewal process
- Deliver a fantastic client experience and cultivate last relationships
- Timely and accurate response to queries
- Adhere to industry compliance standards
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as an Account Executive in Commercial/SME portfolio.
- Tier 1 in Insurance Broking
- Sound understanding of PI policies
- Excellent service delivery standards
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, self-starter
- Have strong systems skills
