About the role
- Investigate and resolve complex complaints
- Contact customers and negotiate fair outcomes to complaints
- Represent the organisation in conciliation conferences
- Provide regular reports on progress of cases
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders
- Identify and/or escalate particularly complex or sensitive cases
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders about managing and resolving complaints
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Dispute Resolution, the GI Insurance industry, Claims, Service and Sales
- Strong knowledge of insurance practices and products
- Experience in end to end claims, service and sales management
- Strong technical insurance and policy interpretation skills
- Ability to interpret company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong judgement and decision making skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in autonomously and in a team environment
