Zurich Financial Services Australia is currently in the midst of one of the largest integration and change programs of its kind in Australia; the acquisition of OnePath Life. The acquisition will propel us into, and position us as, the leading Life insurer in Australia. As part of the acquisition, we are recruiting a new claims team which will consist of Assessors, Senior Assessors and a Team Manager to manage our Retail Claims.
 
You’ll be responsible for coaching and developing a claims assessor, as well as managing your own portfolio of complex claims. As a subject matter expert you’ll use your superior knowledge to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the team. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will stand you in good stead.
