This leading national insurance company requires an experienced claims officer with good customer service skills to take the next step to join their friendly team environment.
In this position you will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims in accordance with policy guidelines, maintaining claims files and following through to settlement. You will be appointing assessors, dealing with repairers, and identifying fraudulent claims.
Prior home and contents claims insurance experience is essential along with a high level of customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask is necessary within this fast paced environment.
