The Firm:
Highly regarded Insurer, with a long track record of exceeding customer expectations. Being number one in several of their products, they continue to diversify creating multiple internal opportunities. They have experienced significant growth and through internal change, an opportunity has arisen to lead the claims team.
The Role:
A highly experienced team of circa 30 professionals that are performing well, need strong leadership to continuously improve, use technology and systems to increase efficiency and to exceed expectations for all parties. With an in house legal operation, much of the interaction is with the legal team to ensure appropriate next steps.
You:
With in depth experience at leading a claims team in long tail claims, such as workers compensation, personal injury, CTP or public liability, will give you a good foundation for success. An exceptional leader to coach and mentor for continuous improvement and ensure a best in market performance and culture. Bring your claims experience, with a prior medical qualification or experience such as physiotherapy, nursing or similar highly regarded. This is an immediate opportunity, starting on a fixed term contract with a high likelihood of going permanent thereafter.
