Bluefin Resources is looking to speak with energetic individuals that have experience across property / motor / travel claims and a proven track record of a customer orientated approach to join rapidly growing claims teams.

The role will involve end to end claims management and providing crucial support to customers during their time of need in a fast paced and varied role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a claim from lodgement stage
• Developing relationships and working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Guiding customers through the claims process, offering empathy and support throughout the process
• Processing claims and providing advise on product coverage
• Identifying potential fraudulent claims and taking the appropriate action
• Providing excellent customer service in customer service at all times
• Managing customer expectations
