Enjoy working in a close working team environment and use your Commercial Claims experience.  An exposure to a broker environment will assist you in managing claims and stakeholders to gain successful outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
  • Responsible for your own portfolio of clients
  • Managing a book of claims from end to end
  • Liaising with brokers to discuss individual cases and resolve and issues regarding the claim
  • Dealing with heavy or commercial motor claims, taking prompt action to get the clients vehicle back on the road as soon as possible
  • Negotiating with all stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships to ensure working together to reach conclusion of claim

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE:
  • You will have ideally worked within a heavy motor or commercial claims role, within an insurer/broker/loss adjuster
  • Used to handling claims from beginning through to completion and navigating around any set backs which arise
  • Highly customer service focused
