Full time position available for a passionate and experienced coffee and service professional.
We are opening in August and will be a produce and service focused cafe and restaurant with an upmarket yet approachable menu and atmosphere. We will be aiming for Brisbane's best breakfast, business lunches that will be the buzz around town and 'hat' level food for our night menu. www.motorwagen.com.au

With a stunning architecturally designed fit-out, an inspiring and talented team in the kitchen and on the floor all we need now is a barista who will ensure our coffee is talked about all over town!
We are looking for a coffee enthusiast who can build the coffee culture, train baristas and lead the charge on Brisbane's first Modbar espresso system (3 heads 2 steam wands + pour-over (https://modbar.com) We will be serving Blackstar coffee who are passionate about their beans and will be providing support from Callum Jubb (national barista championship finalist) who will also work on the Modbar with you a couple of mornings a week for the first month or so to help get things moving!
You will also be starting with another side-kick and a cashier to get things cranking on the espresso bar side of the business. You are the person to inspire a love of coffee and to build the coffee sales and culture at Motorwagen.
You will also need to be a great people person as all baristas should be with the ability to get along well with other team members and create warm genuine connections with our guests.
This is a Monday - Friday gig, early start (7am open) till after lunch.
