Citiclub Hotel has now opened up a position for suitable candidates
to take on the role of a Night Auditor.
Suitable candidates must be enthusiastic and well-presented and capable to work in a busy complex.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes;
- Customer service skills displaying etiquette in mannerism
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and the occasional public holidays
- Strong work ethic
- Must have an knowledge of understanding computers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Duties will include;
- Reception duties for the hotel
- Assist with accommodation sales and client communication
- Handling customer enquiries
- Various admin duties & auditing
- Handling customer complaints and pressure
- Matching payments and transactions throughout the day
- Processing payments on guest accounts
An average of 25hours per week.
As we run a 24hour 7 day operation, you must be available to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
