We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for service to join our dedicated Front Office Team as an 

Assistant Front Office Manager.

 

We are seeking someone who was born for the hospitality industry and who is hungry to build their career within Mantra Group.

You will be a driven problem solver with a creative approach for delivering the ultimate guest experience. You will have a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away, fulfilling our ‘Knowing what Matters’ philosophy.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will drive guest service initiatives through our diverse Front Office Team, you will empower them to always go the extra mile for our guests. You will coach and mentor Guest Service Agents to grow their career, whilst capitalising on networking and learning opportunities for your own career growth and development. Ideally, you will have Front Office Management experience in a similar role. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster. This is an operational role with a focus on guest experience and team development.
