EXPERIENCED Chef with ability to manage a kitchen independently including working by yourself. Able to work to individual orders across all menu items. Grill experience essential. Mostly Split Shifts and many shifts will be by yourself with need to do all prep according to business needs.
Stock ordering and stock management req'd as well as Daily Specials, Menu planning and Menu costing working closely with Venue Manager.
Must have Computer Skills. Must be able to supervise staff.
Must be able to work as part of the Hotel Management team and work with hotel Group Executive Chef and support team.
