We are seeking a personable and commercially astute Village Manager to make their mark within our Burwood Terrace Retirement Village. Quietly tucked away in leafy Burwood East, with sweeping views of the Dandenong Ranges, Burwood Terrace is a boutique retirement village with a welcoming community close to fantastic shopping, cafés, restaurants, cinemas and public transport.
In this hands on position, you will play a key role to ensure the operational, financial standards and success of the retirement village are maintained, as well as your village team, creating a positive, safe and people focused culture and creating the best villages and lifestyle solutions for our residents and their families.
The Village Manager will develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and play an active role in the village and wider local community.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in operations/facilities management, ideally within the community services or hospitality sector with exposure to retirement living being highly regarded. Your strong people management skills, commercial aptitude, application of EHS requirements, experience managing budgets and your ability to work on competing priorities will see you succeed in this role.
