Our client is one of Australia's most recognised brand with a national footprint in the burger market. With this well established brand there is a strong base of repeat customers and they are always looking to grow.

We are seeking an autonomous manager or assistant manager who is capable of running the restaurant as if it were their own. This is a busy restaurant in the inner suburbs and will require a hands on manager to lead the team and demonstrate and develop a strong customer service culture.

What we are looking for:

• An autonomous leader
• Experience as a store or restaurant manager
• Experience in rostering and wage cost control
• Understanding of P&L analysis
• Experience in stock takes and cost control
• Someone who is a team player with a genuine passion for what they do
