Position Vacant - Operations Manager - Hospitality
Leading Regional South Coast Hotel -- requires an Operations Manager with the drive to create a secure career path that includes a succession plan and potential ownership share for the existing owner.
Will suit energetic candidates with hands on experience, who are prepared to work whatever flexible hours are necessary.
Duties will include approx. 1/3 customer relations; 1/3 staffing & management – [25 staff] and 1/3 operations.
The successful candidate will need to commit to further developing an efficient, harmonious and customer focused workplace.
You will have or willing to get your RSA and RCG.
MYOB experience and Accounting qualifications would be beneficial. Bepoz management would be an advantage.
Remuneration package will be – commensurate with experience and qualifications – and will include profit share incentives.
