Epicure at Brisbane City hall are looking for experienced Casual Chefs to join their award-winning team.
Ideally applicants will be enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chefs.
EPICURE offers a fine dining experience that features high quality modern Australian cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh products from the local area. Brisbane City Hall is an award-winning venue that caters for a variety of events including weddings and corporate functions.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements
- Chef experience in five-star hotels and/or hatted restaurants
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Willingness to refresh professional knowledge regularly
- Working knowledge of cooking with ingredient limitations (items that are gluten free, dairy free etc.)
- Be well versed in old and new school cooking techniques and food trends
Operational conditions and client demands will dictate hours of work. Evening and weekend will be required in line with Function Bookings.
