About the role:

  • Taking bookings via phone and email from our "A" list clients, such as corporations, stadiums, events, restaurants, clubs, hotel, just to name a few.
  • Allocate  jobs to staff by phone and through their eRoster.
  • Fast paced, dealing with clients and staff feedback.
  • Constant learning and up-skilling of staff and client management. CRM systems
  • Oversee and manage daily bookings, ensuring all clients and staff are matched correctly
  • Telephone and email based role inclusive of general admin duties.
  • Full training and induction into the Alseasons internal software and company culture.
  • A corporate but fun environment, with munchies and casual wear on Fridays to start off the weekend.
  • Shifts are rostered between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with staggered start/finish times. 
  • Staffing Coordinators will be rostered for on-call responsibilities one night a week. One weekend a month attending the office from 9am-12noon, then on call. 

About you:

  • Understanding of hospitality – operational and/or customer service focused
  • 5 star customer service skills with a keen eye for details
  • Ability to multi task and work towards tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solving skills with solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick comprehension to understand staffing requirements and accuracy in dealing with bookings and staff allocations
  • Ability to prioritise incoming and outgoing calls
  • Positive attitude with a reliable work ethic
