About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join the Campos Family and have vacancies at our Carlton flagship. You will bring your pervious barista experience to contribute to the team, serving our loyal customer base some of Melbourne’s best coffee.

Required skills and experience
To be eligible to apply for this role you must have:

• 2 years + experience working as a Barista/Cafe All-Rounder in a high volume cafe 
• full Australian working rights 
• professional presentation
• passion and commitment to a career in Coffee
• willingness to learn
• genuine interest in the artistry of coffee making 
• Exceptional customer service
