Elements of Byron offers a high quality dining experience with a strong emphasis on local fresh produce.
Our kitchen caters for multiple food and beverage outlets as well as onsite conferencing and events. The following roles are available (with equivalent to full time hours for casual positions):
- Breakfast Chef (Full time role)
- Chef de Partie (Casual)
- Chef de Partie – Pastry (Casual)

IDEAL CANDIDATES
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
- Ability to follow and provide direction during service
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
