This job is perfect for you becauase;
  • You have management experience from a hospitality, retail or leisure background at the Assistant Management level
  • Previous experience working in a busy, beverage focused environment
  • Minimum 3 years experience in management in a bar environment 
  • A natural desire with a commercial mind to drive sales and use your personality to network and make customers feel like this venue is their home away from home
  • Proven ability to manage financials with a key understanding of rostering and managing staff costs
  • Available for full time hours including nights and weekends
  • You'll be passionate and have an energy to inspire, lead and develop your team members
  • A super duper people person with personable yet professional service
