We are looking for a Qualified Hotel / Motel Manager for our newly refurbished Apartment and Studio complex situated in the Gippsland region. We are purposely built for the extended stay traveller, work traveller or last minute stays. With over 10 years in the industry we are looking for someone with a passion in hospitality. To apply for this role you must be a fully qualified, worked in a similar role for three years qualified and be able to start immediately.
You must be able to;
- Make sure that guests and staff are happy
- Work with budgets
- Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping
- Supervise security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
- Comply and ensure laws and regulations are met
- Comply and ensure occupational health and safety regulations are met
- Assess and review customer satisfaction
