An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cafe Manager to run Simmone Logue's flagship Double Bay store.
You'll work alongside one of Sydney's renown foodies and lead a team of 10 in providing exceptional products and service
Your Responsibilities will include -
- Day to day running of the Double Bay Cafe
- Management and development of a team of 10
- Staff rostering and cost management
- Store presentation and merchandising
- Ordering of ingredients
- Inventory management
- Waste management
- Maintaining stringent quality standards
- Continuous improvement
Ideally you will posses -
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Barista experience and appreciation of fine food
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Great attitude and charisma
- Ability to work weekends
This is a busy, "hands on" role and requires an energetic person with the ability to multi-task and motivate a team.
